Amazing butterfly tool, I bought the tool since I liked the idea of the rose quartz butterfly, but once I received it, I realized I had no idea how versatile this tool is for facial Gua Sha, simply amazing, and it also comes with a really nice user manual. ^^The one star off was because I didn’t really like the roller tool, first you can see in the picture that the ends are not glue on straight... so it doesn’t look as nice, but it does its job - the tool does squeaks lightly as it is being used, but I expected it, so it doesn’t bother me too much.Update - the customer service is superb, after hearing my concerns about the product I received, I got a couple emails from Exclusive Physio’s co-founder, I was offered either a refund or a replacement free of charge. I chose the replacement since I really love the tools I received, it just the handle wasn’t straight and the roller does squeak and get stuck a bit before I applied some oil to it to fix the problem, so I really wanted a fully functional set.Not only did they expedited the shipping, I received the replacement a day earlier than promised and instead of getting a new roller, I got a brand new full set and this time the roller is straight and it does not make any squeaky noises, no oil needed.Now I can finally use my fully functional set and an extra rose quartz butterfly that I love so much~ ya ^^

Received the package on time and I love the rose quartz butterfly/facial massager! Have been using them almost every day for a week now and I really enjoy the shapes of the butterfly as it makes it easy to massage. They say to use it on the face but it can also be used for the body. Great products and great price! Really enjoyed the customer service and follow up after I received the package. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased this after learning of rollers in a preschool moms group. Lack of sleep causes puffiness and I’ve tried a number of creams. The roller works really well and I don’t have to stray from my regular moisturizer to use a product for puffiness.I wasn’t expecting to use the butterfly but I really like it. My skin feels really good and like any part of the body, my face is thriving from the massage.

I absolutely LOVE these products!! My friend told me about it since I just had a new baby and my eyes have been so puffy. The look of the roller and stone butterfly is beautiful and it works so well. They run smoothly all over my face and neck to help improve circulation. Great for headaches too!! I also let them sit in the freezer for an hour to cool and then use.

I purchased this to help with my skin care routine while travelling. Packed it into my backpack and used it on my long flights, I was originally worried it might break during on my travels but it stayed intact with just being wrapped in a small cloth in the pocket of my pack. It has been a month and it still works well. No cracks or squeaky wheel .

The facial Gua Sha and Jade roller came in a wonderful package and right on time! The products are beautifully made and the Beauty Therapy Guide is so helpful and the products are easy to use. I saw that other users recommended putting it in the refrigerator and I can’t wait to give it a try! Would definitely recommend this product.

I’m a first time jade roller so I don’t know how much my opinion will be helpful, but I love this product. It felt like an amazing facial massage! It also reduced the fine lines I have between my mouse and nose. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Absolutely love my rose quartz roller. I keep it in the refrigerator and it is part of my morning beauty regime. Some reviewers had problems with shipping - no problem for me. I am looking forward to purchasing additional rollers as Christmas gifts
