PERFECT FOR DAILY USE OR TRAVEL
EXCELLENT CASE! 3.5 years and still good strong! I purchased this about 3 and a half years ago when I was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes. I open it 4x a day and the zippers are perfect still. The elastic is showing minor wear as would be expected for the age and frequency of use.I took the advice of another reviewer who mentioned he uses Altoid containers for his sharps.I take it little step further, and use the Green (mint) case for new needles, and Red (cinnamon) case for the used needles. This keeps my sharps nicely contained and organized, especially when traveling!I can easily fit two Tresiba and three Novolog pens on the case, along with 4 rolls of Smarties for lows (They’ve got the same ingredients as glucose tablets but are much more affordably priced!)

It's semi hard - case
Well, you guessed it. It's a case. I put my TENS unit in it. Works for that. Zipper works good. It's firm and feels good in your hand. Like it was made to fit your hand like a glove!I like it. It fits in my overnight bag and protects my TENS unit (the electrical stimulation you put on muscles like those IcEEy-HOTssssss ones).I will buy it again and DO recommend it.

Good but could be better!
I used this bag/box for its intended purpose of holding all my diabetes paraphernalia. It is very sturdy of great quality especially for the modest price. I love the hard sides. I don’t particularly like the hokey hook and carabiner used for attacking a strap. Other bags have large zipper pulls with big holes in the ends used for attaching a strap...these seem to work much better. My major complaint however is the size. It is too short by about an inch to hold every type of insulin pens. Since it is billed as a diabetes stuff bag, seems like the designers would have made sure it was sufficient sized to hold all of the available insulin choices. I also personally wish it had a few more color options. I’ve been a type I diabetic for 45 years and am continuously looking for the “perfect” bag to hold all the stuff required to take care of business every day. This one is very close.....except size and strap attachment method.

I use this case for my diabetic supplies and it's THE BEST
I was ISO a discreet organizer with a crush proof exterior. My glass vials of insulin screamed for my clutch self to break them ASAP. Doctor wouldn't calculate a pen dosis for some reason. Nothing says shame like breaking out bright orange syringes. Atleast this case fit everything I needed to code discreetly. I have a mom bag AKA bottomless pit of survival gear, first aide and trial size version of the cosmetics department at Neiman Marcus in there. I was terrible with the insulin until I got the case. Organized it to perfection. Easy to keep tabs on inventory and looped my meter securely. The exterior material withstands a beating and no sign of scratching or staining. It doesn't dent easy, didn't put it to the test intentionally so just take my word for it. It's a tough little bugger. Now my numbers are so good I'm off insulin again. I'm trying to figure what I can store in the case next...

Good size and well made
Used with my insulin pen and fits well. There is a mesh pouch for storing your needle tips. Highly recommended

A masculine alternative to the feminine diabetic supply pouches available.
My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and needed a case for his meter and supplies. I wanted to get him something larger and more sturdy than the one that came with his meter but it seemed like all the options were incredibly feminine. This case is incredibly sturdy and very masculine. He loves that it's large enough for his supplies, but still refrains from looking at a purse. The shell of the pouch protects his supplies from damage with enough room for glucose tabs and any other supplies he might want to include. If you are looking for a masculine option to the plethora of feminine supply cases, this one is perfect and husband approved!

Very durable. I’ve used it two years already and still going strong.
This fits everything I need for carrying insulin pens, needles, alcohol wipes, strips, and glucometer. Only drawback is I wish there more color choices.

FANTASTIC - Exactly What I Needed
I purchased this to contain my daily diabetes supplies and was a little apprehensive about the size - thinking perhaps it was too big. Turns out it was perfect. I easily contaIn 2 pens, lancing device, meter and strips. Also have 2 small tins that hold 5 pen needles and lancing needles. Used the pouch for a sharps container but have since switched to a small plastic box. Also holds several alcohol wipes. One pen is a little large but the zipper accommodates it just fine.
