We love Malta in December and we have just come back from 2 glorious weeks of fabulous weather. The buses have changed but the countryside remains just as beautiful. We always use Sunflower guides when walking abroad and for our next trip to Sorrento we have already obtained the latest guide by sending Sunflower our old guide, and paying half the current price. The books are brilliantly put together by people who know their area. As a walking guide author myself, I can appreciate how important it is to have an up to date and comprehensive guide when you are on holiday both for the forward planning and to enable you to get the best out of your holiday.I must have nearly a dozen Sunflower guides now and I look forward to getting my next one (probably Guernsey). My holiday begins as soon as the book drops onto my door map. I really can't praise them highly enough.

This is the sixth Sunflower book I have bought and I can't wait to explore Malta this time with its guidance.The instructions are clear and the maps easy to follow - although they can be a bit difficult to read in the binding.Good to have shorter options too. The walks are the main point of the books but picnics and car tours are a bonus.

We have used a lot of these excellent guides over the years and they never disappoint. We were only on Malta for a week and it was hotter than we anticipated so we contented ourselves with reading about the walks rather than trying to do lots of them.

Not much different to the previous publication. Still the best walking guide for Malta.
