CSI: Crime Scene Investigation: Season 3

I use to watch CSI every week on channel 7. I enjoy how the look at a crime scenes.

My wife was a bit disappointed that there were no subtitles. My wife and I like to binge on TV drama series.

I love it

I was absolutely, hopelessly hooked on CSI from the first time I watched it. I started with Season 1 (never saw it on t.v., just started watching the DVDs) and am now on Season Three. This has to be one of the best cast shows out there -- the chemistry between the CSIs is amazing, the story lines are fresh, and it has quickly become my favorite drama (with 24 being a VERY close second). Only one thing about the other reviews -- yes, Nick's character is gorgeous, but how about that Warrick? He's not what you might think of as movie star gorgeous, but there is something about him that is just absolutely amazing -- nice face, body -- everything. Grissom is also attractive because he's so intelligent and seems to know something about everything. Sara has a great voice, and well I could say something great about all of the character's physical qualities, but the most important thing is that the show is captivating, innovative, and fresh. Season after season, you're drawn into each and every story line. I love CSI and hope it stays on the air for another 10 years!

Catching up on series

I started watching CSI well after it's heyday. That means nothing to you, but to me it means that I can watch season after season much quicker than someone who may have followed the show episode by episdoe when it first began. It gives me a more heightened sense of detection for when things change, a little bit anyways. And so I must say this season in particular was when the cast and writers were really getting the hang of things and the plots were still fresh. I live in Las Vegas as well so hearing them say street names and landmarks just makes it that much better for me. I'm nostalgic for the city the way it was 10 years ago and this season helps.

I ordered this season to fill up my collection of the show (currently have 1-4, 8-11). This season is well worth getting at the price you pay. It is smarter to order seasons online rather than the store (unless there is a special sale going on) for the simple fact that the seller will lower the price of the item.Shipping was speedy and it is one of many trusted sellers I buy from. Product came in like new as mentioned by seller and it appeared almost in new condition minus the seller's stickers (I bought it from goHastings and they put a sticker on the spine so the disc holder doesn't fall out). I look forward to more business with them in the near future.

CSI Vegas seasons 1-10 is the only CSI's I ever liked. William Peterson being the main reason. After he left the show the stories just got more ridiculous with every passing year via Laurence Fishburne and Ted Danson (2 actors I also respect, but the writing got goofy after Peterson). David Caruso was very good in Miami and Gary Sinise in New York, but the supporting cast in both shows were not very realistic.

It's good to look back at the more innovative programmes that used to be on the telly every week. The peculiar thing is that this old stuff is so much better than the newer generation of stuff that they broadcast today. Progress ? Wassat ?Eamonn

This DVD was an excellent one-33 episodes, extras and commentaries to accompany some if wanted. Great value for money-and I'll be buying the next series as soon as this is watched right through!!

Perfect for a Friday night...or any other night for that matter. me and my hubby are massive csi fans and are working our way through them all!

Great series, confusing labels on the discs. Had expected 1-6 but you get 1-3 twice.
