I Live in an very old apartment complex and the water is horrible for your skin,This has been a great company to work with. I had an issue with the filter i purchase several months after. i didn't think i would get such great service since it had been a few months after i started using the filter. but i really liked the filter. I reach out to the company and they responded quickly and work on helping me fix my problem, but in the end they sent me a replacement and it is working perfectly.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This product “seems” to work by the way the filter turns brown but it keeps breaking after only a few months!!! This is crazy, I thought the first one we bought was a fluke but after getting a second and third they do the same thing. Burst out at the bottom and the seal doesn’t work and ends up spraying water everywhere.

Took a while to get it installed, have old house and shower fixture needed tools I didn't have. It is the BEST!! Works great in hard water, hair way less dry, and no more itchy skin! Had a couple of questions and concerns and they were speedy and super helpful with the answers and resolution. Highly recommend the product and the company. Customer service is outstanding!

Worked geat, until it didn't (<30 days). Broke seal at o-ring... replaced o-ring and new filter with no resolve and spraying shower water everywhere.

It has a Great design, filtration system is excellent. Two filter system definitely filters chlorine and the rust in our water. Chlorine scent is gone, discolored water now became pure clear water. Skin feels softer and not dry than before. Only downfall is that our water is so bad that you can notice the filter color change to brown within two weeks and the water pressure drops within a month of using. Filters are bit pricey. Wish it was little.more cheaper that we have to change the filters so often. But overall a good quality filter.

I live in South Florida and I have well water. This product has made a huge difference with the water coming out of my shower head. It has soft in the water quite a bit and it's taken out about almost 90% of the smell that comes from my well system. Overall I do recommend this product to anybody.

It sounded good but it doesn’t last long at all. I had to change the filter in 3 months and it split at the base. Not a cheap product. It’s the worst product to spend your money on bc you’ll end up having to spend more to buy a new one after it breaks in 3 months and it doesn’t really work

This filter is awesome !!!soap and shampoo lather better! Recommend to everyone!
