Kitchen Knight SD2810 Digital Food Thermometer

I thought it would be instead when checking Temps. Also it is way to big. But it's nice for house use. Not so much for restaurants

I just needed one and a friend had told me about this one. It is very easy to use and to read.

It was quite working good, but it works on and off after I dropped it accidentally on the tile floor.

I have had one of these thermometers for quite sometime . I just bought 2 more of them . One is a backup for me and the other is a gift . These quick read thermometers are great . All of my other food thermometers are in the back of a drawer somewhere because by the time they finished the reading who knew what the actual temp was . These are great for checking meat , poultry , or anything else that is crucial for food safety .

Very bad product. The second day the buton to turn it on and off got broken. So now it's only a trash.

The thermometer arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with it. It does just what I chose it for. It is the first thermometer that will work with hamburgers or thinner pieces of meat. All of my other failures are being thrown out of my kitchen.
