Sweet and mild nutty flavor. Definitely delicious, quick on the go energizing snack, or small meal replacement. Only requires 3 ounces of hot/cold water or milk with 1 packet. I prefer hot water. First tried a free sample of this at a Korean food department store in Seoul.

Well, the box I received was a bit beat up, however, the individual packs were fine and the expiration stamp was still in date. The tea has a very lightly sweet and nutty flavor. It smells like peanuts and has small pieces of walnuts floating around in it. I like peanuts, walnuts, almonds,etc so I find the flavor enjoyable. It does curve hunger a bit, which is great. The larger directions are written in hangul (Korean) but English is offered on the side in way of sticky label. It's written VERY small, however, it's self explanatory. Add hot water or milk to a pack, STIR WELL and enjoy. I recommend using a smaller mug to not water down the taste too much. *There is a warning that says: Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This sounds scary, however, the state of California applies this warning to literally hundreds of common coffees, teas, snacks, furniture, etc... It's definitely something to pay attention to but the warnings are more informative than fact stating. There is a website that explains it well. I think the price is fair, it's about the same price as other herbal and natural teas and health tonics. Overall, I would recommend this if you're looking for something to curve hunger while fasting or weight losing.

Excellent alternative to coffee.

Friend's wife gave me a sample and I liked it! So I bought my own. Has a unique flavor, so perhaps try it first before ordering a large supply of it.

I use these whenever I want to lose some weight. Each packet is low calorie and easy to take with me to fill my stomach when I start to feel hungry.The taste is mild, a bit like frosted flakes (without the sugar) or an unflavored but slightly sweet pumpkin soup. Depending on how much water you add the texture of the tea can be like a porridge or a latte.This tea really calms my stomach and makes me feel full. It is also slightly sweet and so I will sometimes drink it instead of eating a desert. I also like to have it for breakfast when I'm on the run. It is the perfect comfort drink in the winter.

*Dairy allergy warning after receiving the package - depending on your reaction and severity to dairy...it may or may not bother you.*I’m still going to give this 5 stars because it smells amazing, and my husband will LOVE it. Unfortunately I cannot drink it since I have a severe dairy allergy, and it has “milk” listed as one of the allergens (I can’t risk it because my allergy is too severe). I assume it’s from one of the powders in the product (easiest place for dairy to hide) - there are 4 listed: peanut powder, peanut butter powder, soybean powder, and adlay powder. My Korean is limited, and I didn’t recognize it until it came with ingredients listed in English. *FYI - Careful when you see 우유, which means “milk”. I’m still learning, and don’t recognize things quickly yet - got a lot more studying to do. 😂My husband will love this though, and if I didn’t have a severe dairy allergy - I’d probably love it as well! I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I was truly disappointed with this purchase. When it arrived, the box was torn open, and the exterior looked extremely faded, making it seem like it was very old. Not only was the box worn out, but each individual packet inside was also discolored and looked aged. Since the box was broken open upon arrival, there’s no way to know if the contents were tampered with. I can’t trust that the expiration date printed on it is accurate, so I don’t feel safe consuming it. I wanted to return it immediately, but for some reason, returns are not allowed.
