Great British Tea Towels: Pat Albeck and the National Trust

I ordered for a gift. I thought I was buying a new book, I know I paid for a new book.Arrived soiled and corner banged up, no dust jacket. Help

The quality of this book is high (paper, cover, script), but the colour reproduction is terrible. I own several of the tea towels featured, and know how poor the colours are in the book. Who is to blame from the manufacturers; the company in Hong Kong or the one in Italy? The whole point of the book is to celebrate Pat Albeck's designs, and colour is a major part of them.

I collect unusual tea towels and I have had one of Pat Albeck's for a long time and wanted to know more about her. I also took the towel to my U3A to illustrate one of the poems and another was absolutely fascinated by it. She also has some of Pat's towels so I ordered an extra copy for her which she says she will treasure. Praise from both of us!

Not as good as I had hoped. Pat had some fantastic designs, and this just fell short for me. Paper not great either.
