I've found that I need a fiber supplement for good g-i functioning, but wanted one that's organic with minimal ingredients that I actually understand. This fills the bill, just 3 ingredients, organic - no artificial anything. I used it in the past in its earlier formulation, and after reading some negative reviews on this site about the new formula (fennel subbing for acacia), I decided to open the new one before finishing the old one so I could compare them. Conclusion: no difference that I can perceive (except in the new one you get a scoop with a much longer handle, adds convenience). Smells and looks the same (hardly any aroma). Use is the same. My almost exclusive use is with my hot breakfast cereal; right before it's done cooking in the pot I add about 3/4 scoop, and stir very vigorously to mix it evenly. Result: its presence is not detectable. Also works sprinkled over cold cereal, but be sure to mix really well. I tried it twice in a soup, worked fine. I do think it needs to be in something cooked to dissolve properly and become invisible; probably wouldn't make a great drink all by itself. Anyway, for a fiber supplement it will be my go-to from now on (pardon the double entendre), definitely beats the wheat dextrin and brightly colored products. And just 3/4 to 1 scoop per day has done wonders for my g-i system, optimizing its performance. Highly recommended for those who need a fiber supplement.

I have struggled with digestion probably my whole life. I’ve always had bad bloating, but nothing else. When I discovered these digestive enzymes, it was a miracle product for me. For the first time ever my stomach went flat and the food I ate didn’t feel like a brick in my stomach. They are very gentle yet effective for digestion. It has been almost 15 years and I am still using them. It’s a high quality product and I feel it still makes a difference to my digestion and helps with bloating.

Unfortunately this good fiber mix is very overpriced and expensive. But I think it works well with out a lot of additives. It dissolves well in liquid.

They had a very severe effect. They did not digest the food that I normally ate and caused what could only be described as IBS. Signs and symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both." Well, those are the exact symptoms I started having - diarrhea AND constipation.So I discontinued Ultra assuming that those were really too strong for my needs and switched to the Fats & Protein version. The severity was less but I still couldn't function normally because of the same IBS like symptoms.2 days ago, I discontinued both. And today, I feel the best I have in the last 2 weeks since I started taking these.I am never buying anything from Renew Life again. 3 years of trust just went down the toilet - literally!

I wanted to see if these would help with my painful gas and bloating that I get from potatoes and beans. I used to be able to eat as much of these as I wanted but now my stomach blows up like a balloon and it is very painful. I take 2 of these before I eat potatoes or beans and I no longer get the bloating or pain. I still get some flatulence but I will take that over the pain any time.

This is a great product with no unpleasant side effects. Whenever I travel or have stress my system is disrupted and renew life gets me back on track right away. I mix a little with my morning protein powder, or have taken it with water in a pinch. It’s unflavored so some people might find it grainy but I like the fact that it’s more natural. I spent a lot of money on Dr. Gundry and Emma, and neither of them worked at all, complete waste of money. Renewlife works wonders for a fraction of the cost.

I'm using smoothies as a way to loose weight and eat healthier. My gut health has been a concern so I started using this power to add to my smoothies. This powder has no taste and blends well in a mixer with frozen fruits, protein powder and greens. It's been a beneficially part of helping me improve my health. I did try to add it to coffee once and it doesn't work at all! It will not dissolve and it will not be smooth. I also tried adding it to pancake mix and it doesn't work. It is really only best for smoothies, there it does the trick.

I like these but I won't be buying them again. It comes to $40 for 60 little pills. More expensive than a prescription! Forget it!.
