I bought these cartridges for my HP Envy 7640 printer. These cartridges work great! My printer will not display the ink level for these cartridges, but it prints just fine! I do a lot of printing for homeschool and I really didn't want to pay more than double the price for brand name cartridges. The last brand name cartridge I bought, right out of the package, would not print magenta, so everything came out tinted green. I do not have that problem with these cartridges! So less than half the price and better quality than the brand name cartridges. I will see how long they last, but they have been great so far!

When I installed the inkjet cartridges my HP Envy printer did not recognize the cartridges. After awhile the printer quite printing and the computer chip in printer showed the cartridges were out of ink. I took them out and shook them and re-installed. Still no printing. They didn’t fill empty plus I purchased the XL cartridges which should last a long time. I included pictures of your Box with cartridge numbers and warranty.

Bought these in MAY 2019, just installed in AUG 2019, in my HP 7640. HP printer didn't want to recognize, wouldn't print correctly. However, after fiddle-screwing with it (i.e., turning printer on/off and aligning a few times) it worked fine. HP goes out of their way to stop these knock-offs from working, but I've found that you usually can get them to work eventually. So HP, get lost!

The printer doesn't show that the cartridges are full. They print fine and the print quality seems good but they don't tell my printer that there is ink in them.

Bought one black and one color cartridge. The black is working fine although the printer does not show the ink level.The color one printed about 5 sheets, then lost the magenta color. Printer would not show the ink level.Glad I saved my original partially used HP cartridges, when I reinstalled them, everything worked well again.

I installed cartridges started printing my class name tags, they looked beautiful, then after printing 12 name tags (6 pages) I started getting an error message saying that the cartridge is defective, I tried many different trouble shooting steps with no success. Open house is in a couple days so I have to go purchase more ink cartridges... so sad!

I ordered this thinking it was xl well I maybe printed 7 sheets with little color and the color is already empty very dissatisfied!!!

The color cartridge was very difficult to get the printer to recognize. Packaging came off on the cartridge sensor strips that took some serious cleaning to get enough removed to get the cartridge to register. The amount of ink in the cartridge did not last as long and the standard size color cartridge from HP.
