Seems accurate. Used it while grilling and the food came out great. Happy with this cute little gadget. Very handy item to have for grilling. Very easy to use and I like that it's digital.

Easy to use very durable , good display and very accurate

Overall it's a nice thermometer. I use it every day at work and it's very simple to use / reads temps easily. However, it falls out of its holder VERY easily. I can't even begin to tell you how many times it has fallen out of my pocket and onto the floor because it just does not stay in the holder. Every few minutes I find myself touching my shoulder to make sure it's still there and I usually have to push it down because it just slides out of the container on its own. Other than this issue, the function of the thermometer is great and it would work perfectly if you were going to just use it at home, but I wouldn't recommend using if you work in a kitchen where you'll be moving around a lot.

I purchased this because I wanted NSF Certified Thermometer for all my latte, baking, and cooking needs. The most important thing when choosing a Thermometer is that it is accurate. This one works extremely well, is accurate and works quickly, especially when steaming milk, because every second matters.This is good to check to ensure the internal temperature of your foods are correct. I highly recommend this one and best of all, you can recalibrate it if you need to. Even though I have not had to as of yet. I have been using this now for over one month and it works well.

Great thermometer. Temperature is accurate for hot and cold. Have used for air conditioner checks, refrigeration checks, and cooking temperatures for the grill, oven, and stovetop.It is not oven proof! I knew this. Wife accidentally pushed back into oven checking internal temperature of Easter Ham. It did not like that. Partial melted, luckily not into or on the ham. Proabe sperated from plastic housing, but amazingly still turns on and reads temps from the temperature sensor. Guess it's good for checking room temperature now...Will be buying the item again to replace, well, my wife will, she melted it....Great Easter Ham and highly recommended thermometer.

The product description says, "EASY TO USE, EASY TO READ: the 1/3 inch digital display is easily seen from all angles." Buyer beware.. that is the size of the square display... the digits are much smaller.The actual digits in the readout are less than half the size of a penny. They are too small for my 69 year old eyes to see without finding my glasses.I'm sure Taylor makes a fine product, but compared to the old CDN thermometer that I was trying to replace, the Taylor model is almost impossible for me to read.Thanks to the generous return policy offered by Amazon and Taylor, I will be able return and replace with something that has a larger readout.

Best thermometer in the kitchen I have ever had. I bought it to take the temperature of artisan bread dough but use it for meat cooking , casseroles etc. Fast read, has protective sheath for storing
