It doesn't work with the Raspberry PI. I tried to use this with PC and Raspberry PI 3b. PC works fine, USB stops working as sone as you plug the Raspberry power in. Screen blinks coms then back without the USB part working. I then tried to feed both the switch and the RPI from the same USB power supply, to alleviate potential ground issues. Didn't work either. Also tried a Raspberry PI 2b, didn't work either.Send it back and got my money returned.

The HDMI switch works great, very simple to use and set up. I use it to connect my work laptop to my monitor at home, which is also connected to my personal desktop.Things to look out for: If you switch from your PC1 to PC2 and it doesn't switch sometimes, it might be a faulty cable. Also, if you have a 2k or higher resolution monitor, make sure to buy an HDMI 2.0!!! Regular HDMI only feeds 1080p!

Arrived on time, as displayed. The packaging included all the parts described. It works perfectly. I use it to share my desktop monitor bw my desktop and laptop. The display switches witha remote or a button on the switch (thank goodness because I lost the remote). I have had no issues. Set-up was 10 to 20 min, mostly digging out cables. I have a new monitor and plan on buying something similar, from the same company. This really solved a huge problem for me. Unlike many other things, it was pure solution.

My son is currently enrolled in a public Cyber school, so during the day he has to use their issued laptop to access their classes and software. Once his day is over, he has his own desktop computer that he uses to play games and stuff. This KVM switch allows him to use the same mouse, keyboard and monitor all day long without unplugging anything. He just hits a button to go from PC1 to PC2, and it all is sent to his larger desktop screen.All I had to do for setup was plug everything in. The included diagram was the only explanation needed. No software installs required.

Doesn't work for me. Trying to switch a 1080p Samsung monitor between 2 PCs, at 2K rez. Video won't switch, even though both PCs set to same rez and refresh rate. Hitting the switch button makes it try but it reverts back after a few seconds. If I detach 1 PC or the other, the remaining one displays fine. But the point is being able to switch hot. We'll see how tech support does, but I don't have high hopes. May try to return it.

It simply didn’t work as expected. It refused to switch from my Mac to PC unless I unplugged the Mac. It briefly flashes and goes right back. I also thought it was hilarious that it’s inability to handle wake from sleep was listed as a feature in the manual. I’m usually better about doing my research. It’s cheap for a reason folks.

Very nice to share a screen between work computer and personal computer. Saves space and the need to purchase another monitor.The usb ports seem a little short in depth, the mouse comes unplugged sometimes.

This KVM switch works great! My one slight issue is there are some times (usually if my system has been asleep all night) that it switches to the other computer, and I have to switch it back when waking it up in the morning. Otherwise, it works great!
