I needed a new set and wanted 360° . I love the Black Friday price and thought it was a steal!The package came very damaged. I checked all the wheels and the bags for more damage and where the damage box was the wheel was already scuffed and a little loose.Some of the wheels on the others were stiff, but maybe if I use them more often?Overall, all the pull handles were all very tight, maybe because they are new? I'm not sure.One of the luggages had cosmetic damage from being into each other.When purchasing new products, I like them to work perfectly.

I have had this luggage set for 2 years now and I love it! The pattern is easily recognizable at baggage claim and I have never had any confusion with people mistakenly taking my luggage, I actually get help with the others after I locate the first piece. The smallest roller just pushes the limits for a carry-on with most airlines and is my go-to for short trips. The bigger rollers I use less often because I have a tendency to overstuff them and need to be aware of checked bagged weight restrictions, but for non-flying trips they can hold a ton of stuff. The spinner wheels are also a big positive when traveling with heavy bags. The 2 duffels I use for trips whenever I'm not flying or doing a lot of walking with my bags, and the roller wheels on the one duffel bag make it more flexible than a traditional carry-on roller bag. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of this set and have traveled with all the pieces several times with little to no damage.

I got this set for my niece's HS Graduation gift - she loved the set, and more importantly (to her, because she's 18) all of her friends thought it was 'amazzzz-ing!' and 'sooooo cuuute!' as well. Her parents praised the quality of the fabric and the maneuverability of the wheels, because they are real grown-ups.I'm told that she's used the backpack/onboard tote daily since she unwrapped it - never leaves home without it, so that seems to be a good standard as to acceptability right there.Note that if you are giving the set as a gift, the shipping box does say what is in it.

My wife loves her new luggage. I bought this for a family vacation to Disney World. The wheels make the luggage easy to maneuver. So far, it seems to be well buit and durable.

This luggage, while cute, is not meant for heavy duty travel. I travel a lot for work and the small carry on bag cannot handle that much weight. My first trip the straps started to tear away from the bag. The spinner bags don't roll easily upright (not tilted) on carpet and the extended handle is kind of flimsy. The zippers tend to get stuck and I am often afraid I am going to bust one. Unfortunately I waited to long to find all of this out and couldn't return it, missed it by 2 days. Amazon definitely needs to rethink the length of their return policy on items like this that you don't know if they will work until you can use them.

I waited to write a review on this so that I could see how the luggage held up traveling. So far so good!! We live in Boston and have been to Las Vegas, NH (weekend trips, so not on an airline), FL, NC (4x), and CT. So far everything seems to be holding up well. One of the smaller bags falls over if you fill it too full- but we just compensate when packing.

I recently purchased a luggage set from Amazon because I went to Europe for 30 days….The first day off the plane i tried wheeling it, because it has the 4 wheels, and it didn’t want to role. the sides on bottom kept collapsing in and the bag wouldn’t even sit up straight it kept falling over… then the kicker comes in… the wheels 1/4 the way through the trip started peeling and stripping the rubber off of it… so now i am left with a scuffed up bag with holes in the bottom, stripped wheels that are useless to use, a screwed up wrist from trying to lug the luggage all over europe and practically no bag left to use cause of the wheels… and its not like its my smaller bags either that came with it… its the large bag, the one I would use all the time to travel… I’m sorry I’ve had other bags last for years and yours cannot even last me 30 days… thats kinda messed up… i spent over $178 on this set it should last me… I feel so ripped off with this product... this is what happend to my wheel not even a feww days into my tripWhat do you suggest I do…

I was so happy to receive this set! I was worried by some of the reviews but I can't wait to pack for our trip this summer! All the uprights have the spinner wheels that are great for having to travel through the airport. I didn't even know that it came with a lock for them, one of the keys were missing for the smallest upright but they are all interchangeable. Overall I am very pleased so far!

I haven't used it yet, but it's seems sturdy and light weight. Love the colour. Should be easy to find at the luggage pickup. Can't wait to put it in action!

First, the shipping box it came in was half gone, looked like it went around the world twice before it got home.But nodamage done.They dont spin that easy, they bind.Besides that time will tell how tough they are!

Love them, cant wait to use them.
