I really enjoyed using this product. I just started my diet and have signed up for gym membership but I find that I’m too busy to go or too tired to leave the house. These bands help me work out at home! I like that they come in their own carrying bag too which makes it so convenient to bring anywhere. The bands are thick and sturdy. They really give you that resistance that you’re looking for. Very pleased with this product.

All widths of these bands are exceptionally thick and feel very durable , they give me confidence that they will withstand usage. They are very user friendly being so simple and have a variety of uses outside of just pull up training that I think make these an excellent value , there are several exercises that work far better with these loop bands that don't really work at all with handled bands.

I have used the pull up bands several times now and have held up pretty well. When you first open the package, they smell a bit like plastic but the smell soon fades after usage. The bands are nice and thick and made of good quality. I like how it comes with instructions on the resistance weight of each band. The only thing I would have added is to write the resistance level or weight on the actual band itself..it makes it a bit easier to use so you dont have to keep going back and referring to the manual. Other pull up assist bands dont do that either but it would be a nice addition. Otherwise, these work very well!

These pull up assist bands seem to be well made. Smooth finish with no sharp edges. There’s four bands with different strengths. They work well exercising your legs and arms, and they are very easy to use. Comes with a nice carry bag.

This is an amazing product. There are 4 bands of different elasticity from lowest to highest. All bands are made with high quality material. I started with the most flexible band (red) and could excercise comfortably. Once I moved to the next one (black), it woke up some of the sleeping muscles that I didn't know I had! I have to practice some more at the 2nd level before I can think of going to the next levels!I recommend this product to everyone. It will definitely give you a very good workout and make you feel more alert and energetic.

These bands arrived quickly and are exactly what I was hoping they’d be. I’ve used them for a few weeks now and they feel like they’ll last a good while. They come with a small carry bag which I used to take them on vacation. Easy to use in a hotel room. Also included a basic exercise program and there are a lot of videos on YouTube to get more ideas.

I have a lot of back trouble. Also, due to work and my height I get a lot of knots in my neck and shoulders. These really help stretch everything out without being painful. I love the different levels of resistance as well. I also do some simple exercises at home. These really help with adding challenge to some of those activities that become easier over time.

Loved these resistant bands. They are very durable and of great quality and once you figure out how to use them, they give the best workout. Check out some you tube videos on usage. The colors are easy to identify the resistance. I highly recommend them as your workout buddy. Great value for the price.
