For starters eflow has amazing products and they work very well, they did their research and make quality products.Don't let the negative reviews dissuade you from trying them, I've been using eflow almost exclusively for 3 years now and have never been disappointed in their products.

the tartness of this bcaa overpowers the flavor. if u put taste/tartness aside, this fine product to buy working out

Endure is the best product that I have purchase for my BCAA/ Amino Acids. I was actually introduce to this product by a coworker. He gave me a small sample of the Rocket Pop pre workout, which I really liked. I went on Amazon and purchase both the Rocket Pop and The Endure Gummy Bear. I can tell you I do not regret my decision of purchasing this two products. Endure has really helped me increase my strength and stamina. I usually consume Endure while I workout and it just gives me that little bit of energy to push one more. I am very satisfied with this product and will continue to purchase it. I am excited to try out their new flavors. Warrior Gummy Bear is amazing it has an AMAZING flavor.

I like everything about this product and I also use it for working out twice a day.

I've never had a starburst flavored muscle recovery drink before, so I decided to give this a go. I've been doing a 6-week workout program and am often sore because of it. I wanted to try this product because I was hoping it would really help.Likes: This drink mix was not at all chalky and dissolved quite easily in my shaker cup. I did exactly what the label said: 12 oz. of ice cold water and added in one scoop of the mix. Shook it up good and drank it during my 25 minute workout. Good tasting product.Dislikes: Unfortunately, I am just not a fan of this dietary supplement. Even though it's 0 sugars, it was incredibly sweet. In fact, it was so sweet on my belly that I could not even finish the drink during my 25-minute workout. And because I couldn't finish it, I can't tell you whether or not it helped with my muscles because I was just as sore the next day as I normally am.I would not buy this product again. On a personal level, I just don't like super sweet drinks (I'm not a big soda drinker and I rarely often consume juices). It wasn't nasty or anything, just very sweet. If you like sweet, you'll like this because it does taste good. And at only 12 oz. you may be able to drink it quicker than me.

The taste is awesome, and it definitely keeps you moving and prepared for a long workout.

Product itself is just ok. The company Eflow, bad customer service. The worst.
