Convenient refills for co2 cannister, but can be dangerous
Pro: As far as I know, this is the only carbonated drink machine that is compatible with standard paintball co2 canisters that can be refilled in many sporting goods stores and other places.Con: The place where the water bottle screws onto the machine must have worn down over time. One time while I was charging a bottle of water, the bottle shot out of the machine and flew across the room - it bruised my hand and caused a big mess. The same thing happened to a friend of mine who had the same mode.

Not the bargain it was described to be.
Yes, this carbonator is less expensive than the SodaStream. However it is also less functional. The most significant problem is that the bottle that holds the liquid you are carbonating does not seal tightly to the carbonating mechanism. This means that a LARGE amount of CO2 is wasted escaping around the poor seal. The unit looks nice and it does carbonate, but I would not buy another. In fact, I gave it away and bought a SodaStream.

machine works well
The machine works fine. I just wish someone would have bothered to tell me that I would have to order the extra cartridge online then beg my local sports shop to refill it with c02.Very inconvenient!! I now recommend Soda Stream to my friends even though it is more expensive.

Wrong photo
Before you purchase, note that the photo is of the wrong model. They show a picture of the Flavorstation 100 but you are really getting the 110. The 110 model is taller and the bottle is white, not gray. We had a 100 that broke, so we ordered a new one and thought that is what we were getting based on the photo (we did not know the model numbers). When I opened the box, I saw it is a totally different unit, so our bottles will not work. However, after reading up on it and finding that the 110 is actually better than the 100, we are going to keep it and just use the extra 100 model bottles for beverage storage or something.

Fizz Me
I purchased the Primo thinking it was a buy, compared to the Soda Stream at a ridiculous price. The concept is the same, inject Carbon Dioxide, CO2, into a sealed body of water and have carbonated water. Not being interested in Soda, or colored, flavored water being carbonated, I just wanted Carbonated water. Well, for some reason this thing doesn't do it beyond the first pour after removing it and then it isn't that bubbly. I tried leaving the bottle attached for some time after charging without any benefit. However there is a bright side. Instead of having to exchange charging bottles at great expense, just take the bottle down to your local paint ball location and they will charge it for about eight bucks or less.

Simple, effective, universal CO2
It is a simple setup that works. The selling point for me is the standard CO2 bottle that allows me to get refills at most sporting goods stores. The bottle hangs from the connector so I accordion folded a piece of cardboard and wedged beneath the bottle to provide support. Yes, this is unfortunately discontinued, but it's still the best option I can find until someone else stops holding our refills hostage.Note: For those who elect to go with Soda Stream or Cuisinart, there is an online company who makes adapters for the CO2 bottles that will allow them to be refilled at regular filling stations. It is up to the refiller to decide if they will do it.

Cheap plastic
So far it works ok but i wonder how long and i understand the company sold out. I use it to make just the soda water and i bought a paintball c02 20 oz bottle just need to find out where or who will fill it

Sad.
This has not been working out for us, for one reason or another. It's a bummer because it was costly for us (when we thought we'd be saving $). The design of the machine is awkward. You have to hold it with both hands, because it's not very stable. It doesn't always work, so we're often holding our finger down and the bubbles trickle in. It's gathering dust now because we don't know how to fix it. Sad.
