This is a well-made masher made mainly of stainless steel, the soft handle makes it easy to grasp and hold when mashing. It is sturdy and mashes potatoes quickly. I use a brush to assist when washing, this makes it easy to clean between the "blades". This company also makes a similar product used for blending pastry. It is similar in design aside from the handle configuration. I would recommend this item.

Wow! What a great masher this has turned out to be. I made a huge batch of Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, as my river just wasn't handling the load well. This masher worked beautifully and quickly, even though I have tiny hands and weak arms and wrists. I'm so glad I got it. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to rely on an electric mixer. I can't see how a person wouldn't like it. Would definitely purchase for gifting!

Best potato masher I have ever used! I mainly purchased this item because 1.) it wasn’t painted; 2.) it looked very sturdy. I was not disappointed!! Easy to use, well made, ergonomic & makes mashing potatoes a breeze!

It mashed potatoes, avocados, bananas, strawberries, and other foods really well. I’ve even used it to cut in cold butter to flour for recipes. It doesn’t warp. Best part? Unlike my old round one, this fits in the drawer without getting stuck trying to get it back out.
