I have painful joints and these were recommended

I have been taking for nearly 2 weeks and I can honestly say I do feel better. My knee and ankle pain is still there but seems to be decreasing and my skin strangly enough looks the same but feels softer. I still look old though.

These pills are easy to swallow and have no after taste, even if you burp afterwards. They come in a tub of 60 and are supplied in a plastic container with a simple twist off lid that isn’t a child lock. They are a standard size capsule and are a small enough size to have no problem swallowing them. The capsules can be pulled apart to access the supplement powder to make it easier to mix into food or a drink if taking capsules is an issue for you. They are 60 capsules which is a one-month supply as it’s recommended to take 2-4 a day so will only last 15 days if you take the full 4. They have a long expiry date, so it’s not old stock, as it’s good for over 2 years.My wife has osteoarthritis, and she is always trying supplements to help with the pain and discomfort through the cold weather. They helped to a degree and seemed to make the symptoms a little less painful. Her knee pain/discomfort isn’t as bad as they were before, and she only feels knee joint discomfort when she’s been on her feet all day, so she’s seen an improvement but it could be because we had a few weeks of slightly warmer weather so not definitive it was these capsules. They are expensive though and if you were to take the full 4 capsules a day, it’ll last you half a month. My wife has been taking two a day and noticed a little improvement. Maybe taking the full 4 day she’ll get even better results but then you soon get though the bottle. The price isn’t too bad though so it’s not super expensive per bottle…

I would not really say this is high strength... Also lack of information regarding the manufacturing process and the hyaluronic used....I like to know much more regarding any supplements I take... I lithe that its UK made not the rest of the info is sketchy at best... Not enough information for my liking of I'm putting this into my body....So I'm not really impressed...

Haven’t been taking it long enough to comment on its effects on joint health, but just a few days of usage my dry eyes were relieved! And my skin is noticeably more supple. I know this works best when you take this together with collagen supplement or a protein rich meal. All in all a great supplement.

Good for joint pains and skin I have been taking hyaluronic acid for 2 months and I can say the skin feels more bouncy less dry .

Great supplement of hyaluronic acid, easy to swallow capsules. Taken 2 daily. Helps with my joint pain, so far happy with this product.
