NIGHT Beauty Sleep Kit - Silk Pillowcase + Eye Mask with Cooling Gel

The material feels sort of rough just through the "tester" hole. Have not opened the whole package. I checked several times to make sure that this product was listed as "New" based on some reviews that said theirs had looked used. The circle seals have been cut and recovered at least four times, and the gel mask is held in place with generic household tape. Other pieces in the box are loose and just shift around. This was purchased as a gift for someone and it's not a good look to give something that looks like it has been used washed and put back into a box (poorly). Since silk is delicate and properly sanitizing it could cause damage I doubt she'd want to keep this. 👎🏻Only gave any stars because it DOES appear to genuinely be created by Night. I suppose if you're not bothered by the potential health risks of wearing used eye masks and sleeping on used pillowcases this would be a bargain of a deal. Wish the company would have been honest in disclosing that the product is open/used instead of misleadingly labelling it as "New". At the least the could have made it look presentable when repackaging it.

Item came boxed and you can tell it was opened and not brand new by the round tape that is supposed to be evidence it was not tampered with. Mine came with the round tape doubled up and even tripled in one spot where you can tell the other two were opened. Once you open the product the mask was held in place by a piece of scotch tape despite there being round tape fixed to the bottom of the box on both sides. Pillowcase just rolled and thrown in the box, not neatly folded as it should have been and mask has threads hanging all out. Not happy and will be contacting Amazon to return!

This sleep set is wonderful. I can't wait to lie down on the silky smoothness of this pillowcase. I have not washed it yet but the stitching and construction of this set looks great. It has replaced my other silk pillowcase. The sleep mask I haven't used overnight (just briefly with the cooling gel insert), so I won't comment on if it stays on or comfort. This is the best thing going on Amazon for silk pillowcases in my mind....buying more for great gifts!

Unfortunately, as beautiful as this set of night sleep kit is, it came looking used and returned. Definitely not a new item I expected to receive. The dot stickers were already peeled off on one side. Plastic box is cracked. Disappointing. The pillow material does feel like silk and pretty nice. But unfortunately, I don’t feel comfortable keeping it due to hygiene reasons since this goes onto my eyes and on my head. Sorry but has to return it.

Had it been disclosed in the description that I would be receiving a previously opened item, I might have kept this. But when it comes to hygienic items such as a pillowcase and eye mask, I'd rather have a NEW item. This has clearly been opened and resealed. Basic, home-owner scotch tape is used to tape the eye mask in place. Very unprofessional and disappointed!

We only received one of the two purchased. Not only that but the package had scotch tap inside. I do not recommend this product! I tried to work with the seller on issues but they would not work with me! Highly discourage you from buying this product! The quality of the product is cheap!

I bought this for a friend for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! She said the quality was great, and it helped her sleep better.

Worked great and good deal, pretty much the same as the one my wife paid $65 for,( then had to replace because the dog chewed up the insert )Velvety soft and nice
