This was like drinking water it did nothing for my husband, I guess we were looking for a miracle. He could never tell a difference. It said immediate results and he never felt a difference .

The first day, I felt a difference but as the days passed, I felt worse than before starting it and just quit taking it. Looking at the ingredient amounts, compared to the body's basic average requirements, the drink was far less and decided the problem is more in the liquid "medium" itself. Instead I bought a different brand in capsule form that is much closer to the daily requirement. The supposed uniqueness of Swish 30 is its nano size and absorption but for the price and its actual size amount, I feel now it is a very disproportional product to buy. Maybe it was just my system that reacted to it, whereas others may take it "fine" but considering the "amount" of the key ingredient, it shouldn't of had much affect on me at all.
