Beautiful piece
I love this piece of furniture. Bought for a complete gut job of my master bathroom. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that one of the handles to the cabinet was missing. The part was on back order for 4 months. The part was supposed to be available a week ago. I am going to contact the manufacturer again to touch base. They offered to give me a $ 70 credit to buy replacement hardware but I didn't accept because I like the knobs it came with and didn't feel like shopping for new ones. The manufacturer responded quickly to me emails. The other thing to note is the granite is not a very thick piece. This doesn't bother me at all but just not the same as what someone might have in their kitchen. Very solid construction. The drawers slide smoothly and there is plenty of storage space. Very heavy to carry to an upstairs bedroom. It is a very beautiful vanity. Would definitely buy again.

A few very important aspects about this vanity. 1. it is taller than most vanities. 2. our vanity did not have a way to separate the top from the bottom, which matters when the vanity weights over 400 pounds. 3. nice granite top.

Back splash broken in delivery
No spar parts amazing bath claims they contacted James Martin they said they don't make spare parts for these vanities

They do not stand behind their product
Beautiful vanity. We love it. HOWEVER, in less than a year, the little chrome trim around the overflow hole in the sink has tarnished and turned black. I contacted the manufacturer, since the piece is less than a year old. Their response was that I should go to a hardware store and buy a new one. NO they would not replace it. NO they did not care that the piece is less than a year old. $3000 for a vanity and they refuse to replace a $1 part that failed. Disgraceful.

Poor under-mount sink design & zero accountability
The under-mount sink design and manufacture of our 60” James Martin vanity is flawed, and caused the sink to suddenly drop out after only two years. James Martin has been zero help in addressing it. Buyer beware.
