I had tried them before and plus I had only bought them to help go to sleep at night because I work through Monday-Wednesdays also I had take my little brother to his bus stop daily especially on my days off as well have a habit of eating at night as well and I had trouble sleeping I mostly just stared at the tv or watch YouTube to help me sleep as well but I always seem tired even when I go to work and they worked when I take them and only use them when on days when I have work and couldn’t sleep but they help with that and cravings too sometimes I have to go the bathroom when taking them but I had lost some pounds when I had weighed myself sometimes in the morning

I have been taking this product consistently for a little over a week now. It does help me with falling asleep and seems to be helping me on losing weight again. It seems to be a good value for the money and of a good quality

All it did for me was give me diarrhea.Bummed it did not work.

I unfortunately had to stop taking this. Since day one it made me drowsy all day. I thought maybe taking it two hous before bed would help for the next day but it didn’t make a difference. I gave it a solid try. And I have to call it quits so I can have energy again.

The original one is a really good sleeping aid and I could get good sleep after taking this supplement. Sadly, it is off-sale. The new one, on the other hand, is functionless. Let me interpret it more in detail.For the new one, you have included some meaningless ingredients for weight loss. I do think this may explain why the new one cannot get me a soothing sleep. I am still awake and not sleepy after taking it for the entire night. Some say you need more than your magnesium and zinc ratio. On the other hand, the new supplement pill stinks so bad and it's big. I follow the instructions for taking two of them and I almost choke myself (even if I swallow it piece by piece with chewed portions). I have to drink a lot of water to swallow it and it also makes me want to go to the toilet at night. Can you resell the original one?

Although the scent of these are quite fragrant, it does not leave a bad taste in your mouth. Ever since I started using this product, my deep sleep has increased as well as it has increased my muscle recovery throughout the night. Love this product.

Not sure if it helps you lose weight per say but it helped me fall asleep much less stressfully then I would normally. I do have to take it sometimes 2 hours before bed and I drink alot of water I suffer with anxiety alot so it takes quite alot to put my body down but these work like a charm and I don't eat in the morning as much as I used to. That's about it I'd say when you pair it with exercise daily you're gonna see results and if you don't I think it'll help maintain a weight but it's no magic fix you gotta get up and do stuff for yourself and use this as a helper along those things but don't use it as a replacement for healthy eating and exercise. Use it along those things and you'll see some good stuff

these are capsules, I thought they were chewable. I am going to give these to my daughter. I am looking for chewable.
