Did the job. The book did come in a little bent and the glue was coming off of the hard cover but it did its job.

Sometimes this textbook felt overwhelming because it's so in depth. I wish I had a year to study it and not just a semester.

There's not much to say about this text book. It you're buying it, you must either be enrolled in a class or crazy. It's standard, dry-ish health care related paralegal reading. The price is much better here than on most school text book sites.

The book is very informative and helping me with my present job in healthcare. I do wisk that the book came in a audio version that I could listen to while driving and other things.

The book helped me pass a health care labor organization class. Was assigned homework in it that was completed by skimming or reading pages from the book
