MAGID PowerMaster Linesman Low Voltage Protector Gloves, 1 Pairs, Size 9/Large, 12508

I am not a full time electrician so I can not speak for its overall longevity. I use this for occasional electrical work at home and when my neighbors call for help. This is much longer than my 500V rated rubber gloves. But it's comfortable. It is thin enough not to be too stiff when worn over rubber gloves but seem durable enough also to provide protection to the all important rubber gloves. There were times when I needed to check live appliance and outlet connections which I would not otherwise do without these hand protection. These leather protectors are very essential in that regard.

I am impressed with the quality of the leather and stitching for these outer layer gloves. I somehow expected some faulty patchwork and quality problems with the gloves since they are marketed for tough abuse. The glove leather is appropriately thick to last but damn supple. Supple like nice driving gloves and that surprised me. So Magid Glove decided to make a nice quality glove in the right size to fit over the corresponding insulator glove (which fit together perfectly) without taking any shortcuts. Good purchase, I'd do it again.

Good leather outlets. Just wish diameter around wrists was larger.

These( Size 10) were bought to go over size 10 class 0 rubber inserts. They fit perfectly over the rubber gloves and seem well made except the fingers are way too short so the gloves do not bend naturally. Seriously, the fingers need to be about 3/4 inch longer. They will be used for yard work or will give away to someone with short fingers. We had 3 people try them and all agreed.

Good quality but just FYI sizes runs big.
