MagneSoothe Magnesium Oil Mg12 3 oz Spray

I like how this oil helps with my knee pain! I also like the size, so I can travel with it. You definitely need to put it on with either gloves or use tissue because it is strange feeling on your hands. But it does the job!

I was introduced to this product by a friend. I was at their house and had a hamstring cramp that was excruciating and wouldn't go away no matter how much I tried to work it out. I rubbed some of this oil on and it was gone almost instantly. I've used it every time I get a cramp and it's gone within minutes. I love this product.
