The first pouch customized for smaller camera lenses. Whether you have a Leica M or a Micro Four Thirds system, the Micro Lens Pouch offers you a snug fit and plenty of padding to keep your costly gear safe. Made of an exclusive, specially-fabricated synthetic material, the case has the look and feel of neoprene but provides more cushioning for greater protection. With three different sizes available, there is a Micro Lens Pouch to accommodate most smaller lens sizes, including the Leica M, Micro Four-Thirds, the Fuji X-Pro 1, the Sony NEX, the Pentax Q, and the Nikon 1. Interior dimensions: 80mm (3.15 inch) diameter, 120mm (4.72 inch) length

Good quality - sizes aren't right for some mirrorless lenses
Product quality is good but I'm dropping the rating because the sizes listed in the chart aren't accurate for all mirrorless lenses. The pouches are larger diameter than most mirrorless lenses - e.g. the chart lists several E-mount for the pouch - but in reality the pouches are larger diameter. Yes, the lenses do fit but they are loose and there's excess bulk for anyone seeking minimalist carry. I am a traveling professional who needs every inch of space in my bags and unfortunately these aren't a great fit. Had to go with a different brand only due to size.If they would make pouches designed for E-mount and M 4/3 specifically - e.g. 2.5" dia rather than 3" - I'd be all over these. In fact I had the smaller sizes for my Contax G lenses and they were perfect for them. If you're using Fuji X-series lenses these would be fine.

the pouch has the perfect height. With the lens hood attached (reversed)
The "large" size pouch Fits my Fujifilm XF 18-55mm lens very well. With the rope tightly closed, the pouch has the perfect height. With the lens hood attached (reversed), the lens with hood fits nice and snug too. For my XF 35mm, the diameter isa little too large, and without the hood attached, it is also too long. For a more tight fit, I recommend to get the medium or small one.Extremely well padded.1 star off since the color is not as shown in the pictures on amazon. Instead, the two pouches I received have a mid-dark champaign color, very similar to the champagne color Manfrotto uses. Since I use the pouch in conjunction with bespoke Manfrotto bag, it's fine with me, but if you expect a black pouch, you might be up for a surprise. Here's the bag: http://www.amazon.com/Manfrotto-MB-SH-4BC-Holster-Color/dp/B004TA711I/ref=sr_1_cc_2?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1405464028&sr=1-2-catcorr&keywords=manfrotto+solo+IV

Uniquely small case,
This series of cases are uniquely small for lenses such as Leica, it is difficult to find cases tiny enough, often the supplied ones are extremely thin. In addition the material is very soft and has a great feel and texture allowing an easy grip that will not slip.Be aware that the listed sizes of the lens and its case size recommendation does not account for filters, lens hoods and rear lens caps so I found the case did not cover the whole rear lens cap if the objective side is placed first. The small case fits the tiniest of lenses, the medium is not much larger, and the large will be more roomy allowing lenses to be covered fully with easier removal. The thickness of these cases will protect the lens very well but given the small size and weight of these optics the thickness could be slightly thinner making them more portable and easier to work with. I would like to see the supplier also make a second series with slightly thinner material for those lenses that are light weight and don't require the padding of a denser heavier lens. These nits are very picky, overall these are beautiful and well made, for the price they are certainly worth the money paid.

Perfect for M43 lenses
I've tried a variety of lens pouches, most are too big for m43 lenses. These are great lens pouches. I like the neoprene construction and locking drawstring. I use this size for my m43 lenses: Olympus 12-40mm pro, and Panasonic/Leica 42.5mm. It is not large enough for an Olympus 7-14mm Pro lens. I use the medium size for my Olympus 75mm, 60mm macro, and 40-150 (not Pro). I use the small size for the Olympus 25mm, extension tubes, 1.4x teleconverter, and 4/3 - m43 converter.

A well made product that provides better protection than most OE manufactures provide...
Wow, I absolutely love the amount of protection this lens pouch provides. Right off the bat, you can immediately tell it's a quality made product. The material is fairly think (neoprene type?, although it feels softer to the touch, which is surprisingly nicer to the touch), assuring you that your lens will survive in a short drop. I bought this for my Canon 18-55mm EF-M lens which suits it perfectly. Amazingly enough, I can even store my Canon 85mm f/1.8 in it, albeit it doesn't cinch closed completely. If they made them in larger sizes to fit full size lenses, I would definitely buy a couple more.

A little on the small side but soft and plush...
Just bought a compliment of retro lenses. The large holds most of my 1970's era nikkor primes comfortably. (Some of the small wides would fit in a medium). For modern, full-frame zooms, it'd be nice to have an XL option. All that said, these pouches are thick and soft - and easily accessible (I have another brand's zippered version, and feel like half the time I zip into the filter pouch when I'm trying to get to the lens.)A great value for the price.

I decided to look for nice lens pouches to protect my investment - and I ...
As I built my lens kit for my Olympus OM-D E-M1, I decided to look for nice lens pouches to protect my investment - and I found them! These pouches fit my Micro 4/3 lenses very well. I have them in several sizes and I find that the recommended size-to-lens chart is quite accurate. They're well padded and very light, and I'm planning to purchase one of these pouches whenever I buy a new lens, mainly because I accidentally dropped my Olympus 40-150 mm lens while it was in the pouch on asphalt! The lens survived the fall without a scratch!

When you need Extra Padding
I have several of these in different sizes that I use tohelp protect some of my Leica lenses. I use a paddedcamera bag along with these for a little extra insurance. If I were using a canvas or leather satchel without anypadding at all as a camera bag then these lens pouchesor something like them would be essential for delicateequipment. I'm glad their both well made and inexpensivebecause I'm sure I'll buy a few more.
