Poor quality
Burner quality is pathetic. I have replaced twice in 4 years. Chimney also has problems with the opening and closure of the door. Not worth investing in this brand

Very expensive chimney as compared to its performance
I bought this product in the year 2019 and it failed just after 2 years of use. It worked satisfactorily for 2 years but the price of the chimney as compared to others is very high. The service charge for cleaning is Rs 1500 , that is also very high. If you are ready to spend Rs 6000/- in every two years on this chimney then only go for it. Cost of spares parts are also very high. Generally following components fail frequently:1. Front Panel opening mechanism2. Main PCB

Worst product
I bought this 2 years ago and it failed. They say they have warranty only for motor not board. Now they are charging me Rs 4000 to replace with a new board. Beware they are making money out of it. What a shame a chimney that fails in 2 years.
