Large Oversized Heavy Duty Roller Shower Curtain Rings - Set of 12 Polished Brass Clipperton 2" RollerRings

At the end of our renovations, I asked my contractor to put up a curtain rod in my guest bathroom. I guess he didn't check into standard sizes for the poles for that kind of thing because the pole he put up was larger in diameter. The nice rings I bought would go on, barely, but then they wouldn't move. He told me it was the fault of the rings, that they just didn't move well, and got me some of those rings you put into large batches of hole-punched paper when the stack of paper is too thick to fit a binder. Ugly. My housekeeper and I tried putting the old rings back on, and that's when we discovered that the pole was too large.Amazon to the rescue yet again! I searched on oversized shower curtain rings, and found these. They look like the ones I originally bought and loved, and they fit the fat pole really well. I have pretty rings in my shower curtain again, and they move freely, no problem. Thanks, Amazon.

I just got these the other day. I am remodeling my bathroom and decided to use a wooden closet rod for a shower curtain rod instead of a metal one. The wooden rod is 1 3/8 diameter so a regular shower curtain hook wouldn't work. I was glad to find these oversize ones online and the little rollers sure make it smooth operating. I only gave it four stars instead of five because of the way they open. If your not careful you could rip the shower curtain. I noticed that some of the shower curtain hooks with the little rollers that have two hooks with a little steel ball on the end of each hook so they wont tear the shower curtain and would be a little easier to put through the holes to boot. One hook for the shower curtain and the other one for the liner. I didn't see those in the oversize hooks so I got these.

Used these on a 1-1/2 inch diameter shower rod and they're fine. They would almost certainly work on even larger rods, but I wouldn't use them on anything smaller than 1-1/4 inch.I expect they will rust eventually, as all stainless steel rings seem to do, but they seem at least as high-quality as any of the other stainless steel roller rings I've owned.

I had some work done on my bathroom which included replacing the shower curtain rod. The shower curtain rings I had been using are about 1 1/2" but would not quite fit on the new rod. I ordered these oversized shower curtain rings from Amazon and they are about 2" and fit perfectly on my new shower curtain rod.If you need it the chances are good that you will find it at Amazon. And, it will be delivered to you door. This order saved me the time and gas money to try to find rings like these locally. The only negative is that they are made in China instead of the USA.

These are just what we were looking for! We have large, heavy canvas curtains (approx 10' x 10') we hang from a steel pipe to block the sun on the awning of our desert home. These roller rings have handled the weight and almost daily opening and closing. Sometimes they need adjustments (easy to do with your hand). The rollers have lasted though when we take them down next season, I will probably give them a little oil soak to keep them rolling smoothly. These are sized as advertised - we needed something to fit 2" pipe and these are perfect. Am very happy with this product!

Nickel finish and large capacity allow use on grab bar sized rods. Unfortunately, they tend to flip upside down due to the weight of the beads on the ring part in comparison to the weight of the shower curtain. I'm considering small drapery weights or something.

I really liked these. The set I bought last year works very nice on my oversized 1 1/4 diameter shower rod. The cost has now MORE THAN DOUBLED for the nickel finish ones....Guess I will look elsewhere for my other bathroom.Cost was 14.99,,,,now 39.99...NOT NICE AMAZON.

Our bathroom curtain hanger rod, was oversized and the standard rings was a tight fit, so I found theese oversized rings with rollers on the top.They fit nicely, but the curtain gets an inch lower than intended, so the curtain drags a little along the floor.But it is WAY better than not being able to close the curtain without using force.So Im glad Ive bought theese.
