I bought these for 2 bathrooms, great price and so far so good. Good flow, nice looking.

Very upscale look, as long as you have the same Moen cartridge mechanism installation is A BREEZE. Shower knob and faceplate fit over existing cartridge structure perfectly!! And ours was 20 yrs old or more. Spout is slip on with key screw, and Shower head works perfectly - just use Teflon tape. I am one of the least handy people I know :) and installation took 1/2 hr just because I was trying to be careful. Wife and I are VERY impressed :) Bathroom upgrade for about $100 WOW!!!!!!!

I bought this because I needed the type of valve. My new plumber who is phenomenal was able to install it over a faulty first shower installed. It looks great. And doesn’t spot readily.

Minus a star. Originally didn't like this brush nickel bought from Amazon. It is more yellowish than the other brands and also more yellowish than even the Moen fixtures bought at the box stores.Just don't get it, so return a diff set of Genta last week due to the color clashing with the new Moen brushes nickel sink faucets...Couldn’t find a better set for the price at the box stores so decided to reorder 2 more Moen Genta set. One for the shower and another trim for the separate bath tub. The rough in valve is required for each set (not included, get the 2520 for easier solder installation instead of the cheaper recommended 2510 valve). This way if doesn't matches with the current brushed nickel fixtures, at least the shower will matched with the tub.In the light it appeared yellowish but in the shadow it look like the normal brushed nickel.Strange but maybe good. Does have a nice golden tone in the light. not bright enough to be brass and too yellowish and shinny (in light) to call brushed nickel. Decide to goes ahead with it for the bathroom remodeling.

This is a great shower head. Looks great, feels like great quality, and easy to install and use. If you want better flow, remove the colored plastic bit inside the shower head. It's easy to pull out with some needle nose pliers.Take special care to install the tub spout, it slides onto the pipe and seals with an o-ring. If not careful, the o-ring can be pulled out of it's slot, causing water to spray from the back of the spout at the wall, and reduce shower flow.

My husband was able to install this pretty quickly. We love the different pressure settings. We didn’t even realize it had different settings until we installed it. My husband did take out the flow restrictor because it barely had any pressure. After he removed it, the pressure was perfect. We’re very happy with this purchase and will likely purchase the same set for our daughter’s bathroom when it’s time to update their bathroom.

I’m blown away that Moen would put out such a low quality product. Everything just looks so cheap and none of it really looks or works well at all.The tub spout, according to the directions, is supposed to have a piece that goes between it, and the wall where the spout bolts into. I spent 45 minutes, searching, high and low all over my work area for that piece because it wasn’t in the box. Called Moen, turns out that pie isn’t even included. Without it, the tub spout is really wobbly and loose. It just has one tiny little set screw to hold it onto the copper pipe, but you can’t really tighten it much because you don’t want to ruin the copper pipe.Furthermore, I bought the Moen mixer valve to go with it because I wanted to make sure I had a quality mixer valve. After the whole thing was done, I tiled the walls, I turned it on, and it is a faulty mixer valve that leaks. It’s not leaking from my connections. It’s leaking from the inner cartridge. Again I called Moen and they said it’s a bad cartridge and I have to replace it.After gutting and renovating an entire bathroom, just to get to the finish line to have to wait on parts and do extra work is incredibly frustrating.Clearly, Moen is riding on its reputation of having previously good products, but now they are cutting corners and putting out very bad products. I would highly recommend staying away from this.
