They do not work
These pills are tiny and are all gelatin with very little substance. I wanted the exact replacement but got a tiny version of the original pills I had been using with good results. Original bottle is “ Herbal Prostate Complex” and came with 200 tablets that had substance.I am not getting any relief with this new version

The Saw Palmetto Combo works the best to prevent enlarged prostate
