Have a drill and super glue at the ready
I could not find these in my local hardware stores so I was happy to see they were available online. However, the quality leaves something to be desired. I bought three packages for my 6 chairs and out of the 24 pieces, four failed. On one, the nail separated from the glide and the felt pad came off the other three as I was hammering them into the chair leg. I will try to glue the pads back on so they don't go to waste. I hope the pads on the ones I was able to use will stay attached. Moral of the story...be sure to buy extras. Also, be prepared to drill pilot holes. The nail bent on the very first glide I tried to attach so out came the drill. Once I pre-drilled a hole, there was no problem. Because these are so hard to find elsewhere, I will buy them again but will have super glue and my drill on hand.

Just so-so
Purchased 32 of them for our kitchen table set on ceramic tile. After a few weeks, 6 of the felt pads came off, which isn't a huge issue, as they can be easily epoxied back on. However, like regular self-stick felt pads, they're only as good as the adhesive that holds them onto the furniture, and this adhesive is just so-so. We have since put a rug under the kitchen table, so I've changed these pads to plastic pads, which work better on carpet. Based on the failure rate, I'm quite confident other pads would have come off had they been left on the chairs. Bottom line - they're probably not going to work much better than self-stick pads, unless the wear and tear from the floor is minimal.

Plastic Base Glides with Felt, 3/4" from Mintcraft
They say these were delivered, I did get some others I ordered, but I'll be darned if I can find them around the cave or the Garage, though I am prone to lay things down and not come across them for long periods. I'm convinced these Plastic Base Glides with Felt, 3/4" - by Mintcraft ar good felt glides though, or I wouldn't have ordered them. WTH!

Felt glides that could glide a little better
The pads are OK, not great, the felt is not particularly smooth, and the nails so thin they bend very easily when you try to drive them in to a hardwood chair leg. Only use the 3/4" pads when you have narrow furniture legs. If you don't, get bigger glides with better nails.

Very Durable but Thick
These are thick and look like they will last! That is why I gave them 3 stars. They are so thick the chairs won't fit under the table. But we purchased them because other pads had fallen off. Bit of a dilemma for us.

I will probably use them at some time as they appear sturdy enough but they were not right for the job ...
Maybe I didn't read the description well enough, but these are very tiny, not the usual chair-leg size. I will probably use them at some time as they appear sturdy enough but they were not right for the job I had in mind.

Mehh...
The containers I got were not consistent with eachother. One had dark plastic with a thick tack and the others were a pale while plastic with thinner tacks. It was difficult to 'gently' tap them in and not have the tack bend. The felt on a few fell right off when I started handling them. I glued them back in. They'll work until I decide to replace them..

Needed for my hardwood floor
I recently had hardwood floors installed in the dining and kitchen area and to make certain the chairs do not scratch it, I will be putting these on the chair legs. At the time I bought them, they had only 3 packages in stock. I am still going to buy one more package to put on the table legs. They look like they will fill the bill. I'm glad I found them on Amazon.
