Unfortunate waist of money
Unfortunately, this product was the worst to work with. Followed the instructions for use on a high quality fondue machine and the chocolates consistency never made it to a smooth state. Even added oil on the second package after the first one was ruined with no luck..

Creamy white and rich in flavour
The chocolate melted into a beautiful creamy white and had a wonderful rich flavour. We used it in a fountain and dipped strawberries in it. I've found that all the SF Signature chocolate is wonderful.
