Flavor Name:4014 Speed Growth Protein Food Speed Growth Protein Food targeted nutritional supplementation with high-quality proteins and essential amino acids. Protein content 40%. For times when increased protein is required, e.g. during egg formation . Speed Growth Protein Food has significantly higher protein content in comparison with the main food at 40%. It is fed as part of the normal feeding programme for variety and as a nutritional supplement. At the same time, Speed Growth Protein Food enables an increased protein supply during times of increased need e.g. during the reproduction phase and egg formation. Shrimp species with inherently higher protein requirements can also feed appropriately for their species. The proteins and essential amino acids all originate primarily from aquatic animals (Gammarus, Daphnia, decapsulated Artemia cysts, shrimps, green-lipped mussel) and as a result have optimum nutritional composition and bioavailability.

My shrimp might be picky eaters...
I have seven cherry shrimp in a 10 gal. I purchased this at the same time I purchased pellets and wafers from another seller. Got these first, and I plopped some in. The shrimps tried it the first time. The second time, I dropped this in with some pellets and wafers. All seven shrimp went to the pellets and wafers and didn't touch this food.I've tried a few times since, but they never even touch it, even when its the only thing in there. I guess my shrimps are picky eaters.

Not too impressed and....
Neither were my shrimp as I found they weren't too interested, actually my snails were more eager to pounce! But if your shrimp like it that's all that counts, I won't be purchasing it again. I gave 3 stars because shipping on this was FAST!
