The conclusion for the redemption of the heroes is here, with the mad Bow Hero drunk on his own justice. With battles against dragons, duels with crazy curse weapons, and new enemies this book really creates a strong feeling that for the shield hero their is no thing as 'down time'. We also get to see Rishia truly awaken and confront her past in a great full-circle of her journey to get Itsuki to acknowledge her at last. The big surprise this time was the sudden pull 'your friend is actually a long-lost princess from a far away kingdom and now the emperor wants her dead as their existence is now considered a threat'. It is a tad predictable, but it really makes you want to find out how our unexpected hero deals with a classic royalty power struggle.Their is almost no errors this time around and a better organization of comments with more details about magic and how abilities work in this world. Looking forward to the next volume!

It’s twelve volumes in and there has been almost no character development whatsoever for Naofumi. He’s angry, he’s untrusting, he sees himself as a bad person, and he thinks Raphtalia is his daughter. It’s been like this for twelve volumes with so little a change that if you randomly took lines of Naofumi from the first novel and the current one, you’d swear it were the same book. Instead of adding new characters who do nothing but add some plot point, like the alchemist, they should be focusing on developing the current characters. Also, the enemies never seem to get stronger or smarter; they just use cheap tricks against the characters. *Spoiler territory* I mean, come on... weapons that literally negate the powers of the heros? What next, a power that literally reverts you back to level one again Or makes all your stats 0 (though these novels, for some reason, love to have an excuse for why the MCs can’t use their full power)?

With every sequel O read, the more interesting the story becomes, especially with Raphtalia unexpectedly being a princess of a country.

I have been following this series for awhile and it is great to see the polished version released as a light novel. I will patiently wait for the release of the next volume.

I am amazed at how hard this book has piqued my interest from book one and is still going strong at volume twelve.

If you are this far into the series then you probably can't stop either. This one didn't contain too many typos which was nice. I don't want to spoil how great this book was

Loved reading how the shield hero & his subordinates gradually train & grow stronger to survive & the battles & duels are exciting as always.

My husband loves this entire set. He literally laughs out loud intermittently while reading it and enjoyed it so much he has even reread them all.

E' senza spoiler per cui è un po' vaga non preoccupatevi leggetela pure.Che dire.. The Rising of the Shield Hero è veramente bella, la consiglio caldamente a tutti quelli che apprezzano racconti d'avventura in mondi alternativi.M'è piaciuto particolarmente tanto il fatto che il protagonista non viene caricato di poteri sovraumani invece è sì forte in certi aspetti ma con parecchi punti deboli che richiedono strategie per compensare...La storia e i personaggi (sia secondari che gli antagonisti) sono molto ben curati, con un proprio passato e una personalità che è coerente con ciò che dicono e fanno specialmente nelle interazioni col protagonista della storia.Non mancano i soliti di cliché qui e là ma rimangono relativamente pochi e ben distribuiti al momento giusto senza mai scadere nell'eccessiva banalità.La trama generale -- almeno fin dove ho letto io -- è rimasta sempre molto interessante, assolutamente da leggere se vi piace il genere!Il livello di inglese non è difficile, se eravate quanto meno bravini in inglese alle scuole superiori dovreste cavarvela nel leggerlo con l'aiuto di un dizionario+google.Potete leggerlo su eBookReaderKindle oppure su FireTablet oppure ancora su tabletAndroid o Apple con l'app Kindle; infine anche su pc-windows o pc-mac con l'applicazione Kindle o se proprio non vi va di scaricare roba sul computer potete leggere sul sitoweb leggi.amazon.it (con testo grigio e sfondo nero non è faticoso leggere al pc)Straconsigliata, ottima light novel.

Naofumi se despierta un día en su aldea y se da cuenta de que han recibido una donación anónima que aunque puede tener hilos atados no está en posición de rechazar.Entre los regalos se encuentra un huevo que traerá alegría a la aldea, pero que también causará un desastre accidentalmente.Después Naofumi encuentra al héroe del Arco, quien después de un duelo y de darse cuenta que la enemiga de Naofumi jugó con él, se quiebra y cae víctima del costo de su arma Maldita. Pero aún así encuentra redención en el apoyo de Naofumi y el amor de su única compañera que nunca ha dejado de creer en él.Al final se rebela un secreto impresionante y que sin duda dará pie a una trama intensa en el siguiente Volumen.

Der Aufbau des Dorfes geht voran und erhält in diesem Band wieder tatkräftige Unterstützung!Meine neuer Lieblingscharakter aus dem letzten Band geht Naufumi weiter auf die Nerven, erweist sich aber als ein wahres Genie im Kampfe. Die Gerechtigkeit spannt seine Sehne und lässt das vierte Opfer aus der verkommen Hülle in Menschengestalt zurück. Hoffe da kommt noch die gerechte Strafe in den darauf folgenden Bändern. Bis Band 15 sieht es noch nicht so aus.^^

Continuo gostando muito da obra mas, este volume, não houveram grandes mudanças servindo muito mais para iniciar a estória para o próximo volume.Grandes expectativas para o próximo volume o qual, espero que haja grande movimentação.
