The item arrived with a single layer of bubble wrap around it. Many small dents. I had to manually straighten out the "female" end for it to fit. This was not the manufacturer's issue, the product was standard. The supplier failed in the way it was shipped. It was still usable, but difficult to fit join in the condition it arrived.5-star for the product, 2-star for the supplier.

Like other reviews our 6' pipes were bent in on the ends and sides. The boxes were intact, so not the UPS fault. My husband has spent 3 hours of getting the crimped ends to round out and then the dents along the sides. It has taken a lot of time, that he does not have to waste on this. What a headache. These pipes, for what we paid for them should have at least been inspected before shipping to us for defects, crimped ends and dented sides. They are heavy duty which is what we paid for, and what makes it even harder to straighten these all out! Of course after 4 hours of working on these pipes , there was no way to return them. Kind of a racket? Do not buy from this seller.

We paid a lot of money for these two pipes to connect our pellet stove. The guy to install the stove was here and we had to use them even as beat up as the ends on both pipes were. I would not recommend for anyone to buy pipes from this company.

Saved me a ton of money. I searched the DFW area and only found one dealer who sold what I needed. They were less than enthusiastic about serving me.

I'm sure this is great product. However I ordered 4 sections, 5 foot lengths, and they came damaged on the ends. One of the section ends is so damaged that it's angle of connection is 15 to 20 degrees off 0. That's 120 cdn$ burned. It took me two hours to true the connections on the 3 other sections.
