never able to get online
the packaging ok shipping =ok the app did not work=no value to me. I wanted a camera for my use only. why app need my email - public- pasword-private -location=private why cc card +number-you sold the camera,my payment went to amazon if thus info is for registration, send a card I iwill make my choice. the app would no take my email address but sent me a email number to confirm. if any of the above is is missed the app will not work. try to sell a product that works when plugged in to power. I did not get a camera - I got a information privacy request. Dean M = x customer

Great WiFi Camera
The camera came in with everything that you need. The initial setup requires that you use an ethernet cord to get the camera connected to the internet. Once it's setup you are able to connect to the wifi and setup the camera wherever you want. I added a SD card and have tested out the motion detection on this. The motion detection is a little high so I had to pull it down. There isn't an option to mark up the fields for where you want to see activity like you can with some cameras, which was fine. The system automatically record the motion and saves it onto the SD card that I have in there, and that allows me to pull up activity that happened and review it. Overall it's a great WiFi camera and the price can't be beat.

Can't even set it up..
Big middle finger to any hardware manufacture who creates hardware with a requirement of creating accounts on websites in order for the hardware to work.I just want to use the camera. I don't want to use any of your online services. I don't want to register with you, provide my details to you or hook up my cameras to your cloud services.I was just going to return it, because I am sick of hardware mfg's doing this. HP does this with printers, Facebook does this with the oculus. You spend money to use something, and you can't until you get their permission by giving up all your details.But nah.. decided to just swallow my pride and try to use the dam thing.Well screw you mister customer! You don't get to use the new hardware you bought because our website sucks and we can't issue you a code so you can create an account on our system so you can use the hardware you bought that you paid money for.Guess I'll be sending it back after all.If you want to give up all your details to use your own property.. have at it. If they can even get it working right.

Meh
So these cameras are good if you want to be able to watch what is happening from afar... not so good otherwise. I used it as a pet camera and ultimately just returned it.It will only record when the app is pulled up and open, and will stop recording the second you go to do something else with your phone. Huge annoyance. If you want to pay to have it constantly record on the cloud, you pay that monthly fee for each seperate camera.Another issue is it gets cut off my wifi constantly... for no seemingly apparent reason.Setting up the cameras on their app was super difficult and very frustrating.It does have super good night vision, and the picture is clear during the day as well. You can hear pretty clearly to listen to what's happening and when you speak into the camera it's fairly loud and clear. I wanted a camera that would record what my dog was doing while I was at work, and paying 3 monthly fees for 3 cameras that constantly disconnect from the wifi isn't worth it to me.

Worth it
This is a great camera for the price. I love that I can move the camera from the app on my phone and listen to what’s going on. The audio is not the best and the picture quality is ok, but for the price it’s a great!

Room camera monitoring
Great for the price. Love the color feature. Mic is weird. I hear a vibrating noise when the mic is on and I don't have a ceiling fan on in my room. I Like the motion detector feature. I like the app. It was easy to install. I use it as a pet monitor, to see what my dogs are doing when I'm away.

Be patient with the seller - it’s worth it!
I would like to give this company a very postive and honest review. I have had the need for an in home camera, with wide view, easy interaction and cost effective. This company delivers!I ordered three different cameras I sent $50 to monitor activities inside my home while I was away. The first two were major bombs. They came incomplete or defective or with broken English instructions and ZERO support. I was frustrated and ready to give up. The third I ordered was this product. It arrived in a Friday evening The honesty comes from when first delivered. I did have problems with registration and the software. I called Amazon and the office hours would wait u tilMonday. I again felt that I had wasted money. Monday morning m, my mind was changed. First thing I got an email to help me through registration. Apparently, outlook\Hotmail emails were not going to junk but just deleting. A drew with customer service advised me and I used my gmail account to register. Registrations went as simple as it should. Camera connected. The quality is amazing the software works and I am so happy with the product. Andrew did tell me that he would note the problem with outlook emails in the future. THE ONLY reason it wasn’t five stars was because of the hiccup on a Friday with no weekend customer service. The product and customer service have met allExpectations.

Would buy again
I needed to contact support to get the set up finished. I took a few days for response, but all went well. They even followed up when I didn't respond to their solution as I hadn't had a chance to try their fix. The fix worked right away. 2 way audio is great. I just find that I need to have the listen button on off when I speak to them or there's some audio squelching feedback. So glad I got it. Keeps my mind at ease to be able to see my puppy when I'm away.
