Convenient option for short urban commutes
This e-scooter is a fun and functional way to get around town. It came in a single package, with minimal assembly - basically attaching the stem and handlebars to the base. I am not a gearhead, and all necessary tools were provided in the packaging, so it was very easy. I have taken the provided hex wrench to it a couple of times in the last 3 months, just to make sure everything is tight - probably wasn't necessary, just wanted to take care of it like I would anything else. I live in a residential area of a large city, and the Quest gets me through the residential streets, onto the bike lanes and trails, and into my downtown office with no problems at all. Round trip commute of 6.5 miles (with a relatively steep hill for the first and last half a mile) doesn't even deplete the battery halfway. The top speed at full throttle is between 23 and 25 KPH (14.3 and 15.5 MPH), and it can hit 28 KPH (17.4 MPH) going downhill without making me feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all. There are three speed settings: 1, 2, and 3. 3 is the fastest with 1 and 2 governing your top speed, if you need it or want to let kids ride it. One thing to note is that the speed reads out in KPH only, so if that is something that will prevent you from choosing an e-scooter, then this isn't the one for you. It definitely wasn't a determining factor for me. Easy to lock up on bike racks with a U-Lock or otherwise. I wouldn't take this thing offroading, do any crazy tricks, or take it out in the rain, but if you want a solid option to get you from point A to point B on sidewalks and bike lanes, without having to work hard, there isn't a better choice.

Wonderful scooter.
This scooter is very safe. The kick start is excellent. 2 pushes and it goes. I noticed if you hold a speed for a minute and let off the Gass it’s like cruise control till you tap the break. This feature is excellent. If you need to use that hand for anything it’s free. This scooter is a great buy. It’s 600.00 in the mall. Excellent with the headlight tail light with break light and the ground effects are helpful allowing you to be seen. Very desirable scooter.

Extremely Disappointed - Scooter broke and warranty claim denied
My son received this scooter for Christmas and it has been great until this weekend when we was riding it and the metal frame snapped in half. He went from the road to our driveway where there is a small, but not extreme lip, and the scooter simply snapped in half.Jetson will not replace it as they claim it is not covered under the warranty. Buyer beware. This is a very expensive scooter for it to simply break that easily. So so disappointed.

toy yes commuter no so much
I got this scooter after much search and a price drop on Amazon. Now the scooter came packaged well and I was happy with that. I planned to use this as a communter scooter for fl sidewalks etc. The lack of suspension definitely made a difference because there are some cracks that have almost sent me flying. Again I didn't pay the nearly 600$ for this so I accept it. The handle bars were my second worry the handle bars are meant to just be screwed in but have and will screw off slight during a ride kinda scary. Things I did like about the scooter was that it kept it battery for a good ride even though the advertised top speed rarely happens and I'm about 100 pounds and 4"11. All around for the price I paid I am happy but if I had to pay more I'm not sure I could recommend it as a commuter scooter.

Great scooter!
Love this scooter! I use it weekly to go to and from class on campus!! Love the lights at night! A little heavy and larger than I expected but I’m also only 5’2. Regardless of the size it’s totally manageable and I love it!

Fantastic
Amazing, fast, sleek. I bought it for a specific purpose for a week so not much use after that but it is a good piece of fun!

The breaks stopped working
The scooter is really nice, but 2/3 months into using it now the breaks dont work and I almost injured myself. I am trying to contact the seller and get a replacement but I have not heard back.
