Wow! These are fantastic! They beat out any product with a plastic lid, including ones that "burp" and claim to be air-tight. Here's what I love about these lids:They take up less space than plastic lidsThey can be used on any bowl you have in your cupboardThey can go over food that is above the bowl and still seal it (for example watermelon cubes that overfill the bowl a littleThey are easy to wash and dryThey are easy to pack for picnics/camping (take up on room)They are sturdy enough to hold another bowl, dish, etc placed on top of them.After my first purchase of these, I bought another set for myself and one for my daughter and daughter-in-law. I am happily freeing up cupboard space by getting rid of all plastic bowls and lids and will be using my glass and ceramic serving bowls and dishes with these lids.
