I do Bikram Yoga. The room is approximately 106 degrees. I filled the bottle with ice then put in cold water. By the break , after 50 minutes the waterwas warm. I guess I could have put it in the freezer to slow the warming. Another problem was the venting, it poured so slow that I could not getmuch water when I tried. Maybe it will be better in more normal situations. Thanks for your interest.Paul

The bottle is nice and sturdy, but the cap it very difficult and cumbersome to open when washing - just because of that I stopped using it as much.

I like this. My only issue was initially opening this sucker. It was difficult to say the least. Once it was opened though it is fine.

What's more, it's held in place only by a small pencil lead sized piece of plastic. It easily falls out and, when you're hiking or walking or, well basically doing anything besides standing still, there is a differential in the pressure inside and outside of the bottle. Result: when you open the bottle, the gasket goes flying. Once lost, the bottle doesn't seal.I lost the first gasket the first time I used the bottle. I was on a trail and the bottle immediately became useless trash. I contacted the seller and they told me they fixed the problem and reprimanded me for not trekking the plastic remains of the bottle back to my house "to repair". They sent me a second bottle and two replacement gaskets (not encouraging). O3 weeks later, on a 50 mile jaunt, the gasket popped off and was nowhere to be found. Trash bottle #2.Spend the extra money and don't be left without a water bottle when you need it.

No leaks and durable. Flip top was difficult to open the first time but no problems since and I like the fact that it stays surely sealed unless I want it open. I'll be buying another. I wash by hand daily; but like to have an extra available while one is in the dishwasher once a week.

I should have known there would be issues with this product when I received the friendly email from the company (after shipping, before delivery) showing how to open this water bottle - like it's so complicated you need an actual youtube video to show you how to open it. Opening is not the real problem, however. The real problem with this product is the hinge of the lid which is so flimsy that I daresay the lid will be gone altogether within a few days. On top of that, I needed something with a good carabiner and this one has a flimy plastic or aluminum one that will break quickly. I regret buying this water bottle when there are so many other options and recommend you avoid it.UPDATE: Seller has, without permission, added me to their SPAM list, so on top of this product being pretty bad, I am now getting emails from them asking me to enjoy thier water bottle. Of course, the first email was to tell me that the lid is not dishwasher safe. Wow!

This is a great water bottle! It came quicker than expected and was everything I hoped it would be. It conveniently can hang by the clip from my backpack making it perfect for carrying water to work or on a hike.

I purchased this water bottled based on its features and the good reviews, for my 11 year old son to take camping for a week in Colorado. When he got home from his trip, I unscrewed the top to wash it, and the inner seal ring came out. Then I tried to take the spout cap off and the darn thing wouldn't come off. I had to ask my son how it worked - that's when he told me that on the trip, the cap proved so hard to take off that he used his own spending money to purchase a new water bottle. This is a piece of garbage that didn't even last a week for its intended purpose. I feel like I should get a refund. Straight from his camp crate into the garbage can.
