IMHO, everyone with gums receding over 1 millimeter should use to improve their brushing techniques. Brush poorly and eventually need implants at thousands of dollars cost.

These were nearly impossible to get off my son's teeth. Definitely NOT the product I remember using when I was a kid.

IT does what it is supposed to do, but tastes so nasty that I can't get my kids to use it. So what's the point.....
