Good for my morning protein shakes. The vanilla flavor is very mild by comparison to other powders on the market. The real selling point for me is the calorie count. Only 100 calories per serving and zero net carbs for 25 grams of protein. It is a little more expensive, but its worth it for my purposes.

This is one of the best protein powders on the market. It mixes well and you will never have any clumps in your drink. For an effective protein shake I mix: 8 oz of coconut milk, Blueberries ( or maqui powder), packet of oatmeal, two scoops of extra virgin organic coconut oil, and a scoop of this protein powder. Give it a try, excellent energy, and muscle recovery/growth.
