'Mover's Choice' Large Padded Moving - Furniture Blanket - 80" X 72"

These are plenty big enough, and thick enough for my use... I got them to protect the inside of my car when hauling things. They can be doubled over to provide extra padding. They did have a petroleum-like smell when they arrived, but it washed out.The package label says: "WARNING: Always wear ANSI approved safety goggles when using this product. Before using this product, the user should read the operating instructions to understand everything about this product. Always wear the appropriate clothing and safety equipment when operating this product. Wash hand [sic] thoroughly after the use and handling of this product.."

This blanket is not padded as much as other ones I have used. It's ashame there's no way to know until it's ordered. It's still not prone to rip or anything, just no padding that I'm aware of other than the basic fabric. Not good for sound isolation.

There's so many choices out there for moving blankets, make sure you check the actual weight of them before you buy, if you scrimp on money you'll pay for it in the end. These blankets worked out great, they are heavy and study and will be around for years to come.

Petroleum smell doesn't go away even after multiple washing. Advertised to be different than cheaper versions that falls apart after washing but its essentially the same product.

Purchased this heavy duty blanket for the dogs, they ate it. It was made of good quality material and the stitching was as expected. I just didn't think the dogs would chew such a heavy blanket!

This thing does the job its ment to but has a terrible smell. It came with a note that said it may smell at first but it will go away. I have had it for months now and I am throwing it away because the smell is so strong in takes over whatever space I store it in.

The moving blankets are quality, thick padded blankets. Well worth the price to have a couple on hands. Currently they cover my windows for the winter time to cut down on the drafts.

This blanket stinks like oil, or some other chemicals.

Ordered this blanket for uses other than moving, requiring material at least 1/16th of an inch. I saw the description and it said 1/4inch which was a bonus for me instead of 1/16th. Received the order, had my friend measure it with a caliper and it's approximately 3/32". Less than half of advertised thickness (except for the edges where it is folded and bordered)Regardless, it still is thick enough for my initial requirement but if you are looking for something 1/4inch, look for a different product.

Not a quality blanket in comparison to those (blue cotton) ones the movers use. The item description leads you to believe thr item is thick but its fairly thin and slippery. Overall i overpaid and should have bought directly from uhaul ir aklands granger.
