This is one great cookbook with all the secrets of the chef who has opened the restaurants of the same name in various parts of Italy and the world. I highly suggest the restaurant at the top of the Rinascente in Milan, with a view of the Cathedral. The food is unbelievable, and whenever you feel nostalgic about the experience you can try your hand at some of the delicious and healthy recipes in this book.

Had a great experience at the restaurant in Florence and enjoyed some of the best mashed potatoes ever. Sure enough, the recipe is in the book. Highly recommended!
