These sesame seeds are toasted to perfection. I have a sesame seed grinder (similar to ta pepper grinder), that breaks them up a bit. I use them over all sorts of dishes.They arrived yesterday, this morning I made Conjee (savory rice porridge) and served it with these sesame seeds on top (it also had shreds of grilled salmon, teriyaki nori, and some ginger scallion oil. The sesame seeds were aromatic, nutty, and absolutely perfect.I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like these sesame seeds. I use them on my ahi tuna, salads and other dishes for the flavor and texture. Love that they are organic too. But they are very tiny as compared to the sesame seeds you see on breads, baked goods and other products...just something to be aware of.

What a great deal! The test is when you open the bag and sniff--you can immediately tell these are super fresh and perfectly toasted. Too many other brands have that slightly off (rancid) smell of OLD NUTS lingering in the background. Not these. I've found my new sesame seed source :D Nomnomnom...

The taste is toasty and great. The price is so much better than buying the spice jar size. We now sprinkle liberally!

Están muy ricas de sabor, y la calidad del tostado es excelente. La uso para revolver con la sal, para ponerla en mis ensaladas y con nueces varias. Riquísimas, se las recomiendo.

Me encanta el ajonjolí y este es muy rico, buena textura, excelente para ensaladas.

Si sabe a ajonjolí y la textura se siente muy diferente

Estas semillas de ajonjolí son viejas y aunque la fecha de caducidad vence en octubre, al abrir y probar las semillas puede uno ver que ya se ranciaron. Y no se puede devolver.
