Great product, poorly packaged for delivery
Received exotic leather cleaner and conditioner in a plastic mailing bag through USPS. Both bottles were leaking on arrival. Big mess! Lost an ounce from each bottle. Should have been boxed. Product works great on Ostrich skin boots by Tony Lama.

Griffin western boot conditioner
I bought this to condition my cowboy boots. One pair was 25 years old and the other two pair were more recent purchases. I was thrilled how the conditioner soaked into the older pair and more thrilled that this product does not change the color. If you don't want your leather good to darken, this is the product to buy.

Follow the Instructions.
When they say to never go against the grain, you should listen. I’ve had my boots for 3 years. Tried this cleaner a month ago, didn’t heed the instruction and the boots are trashed.
