Life-changing
Although I haven't lost weight (my own fault for not following the diet as written), I took the information about inflammation to heart and stopped eating any grains. Within 6 months, my inflammatory marker (I have spondylitis, an autoimmune disorder like rheumatoid arthritis) that had drifted between 4 and 5 dropped to 0.4 and has stayed there for the 2 years I've followed this regimen. My pain level has decreased from a waking level of 3 to 4 of 10 to a 1 or less most days; and my worst days now are rare and not nearly as bad as before (about half as bad).My husband has familial high triglycerides (too high to register as a number) and was on high-dose statin drug. Since getting rid of grains in our diet, his triglycerides are now normal on half the "normal" dose of statin.I recommend giving at least part of this a try.

TERRIFIC!!!!
If I could give this book 50 I would. It is amazing. I got all the ingredients they recommend and made have several of the recipes. LOVE it and I feel fantastic, Anyone feelin' poorly might consider going this way. It's a little work at first accumulating all the recommended ingredients but more than worthwhile doing that. It's just so great to get away from all the processed stuff in the stores these days.

My favorite Cookbook! For your wheat free lifestyle.
I love the mixes, like the baking mix and tortilla mix, you make in batches and have on hand for the ready. This is my go to cookbook. I love the breakfast cookies, delicious side dishes, and even some deserts, like the moca mini cakes. Your family won't even know they are eating healthy!

Carb Free Cooking at its best!
I first checked this book out of the local library. I tried several recipes first and decided then and there. . . I just had to have it. THIS is the new lifestyle change cookbook for me. I have since made several recipes, spice blends and desserts. I really didn't know there was so much sugar in everyday prepackaged foods. I also make these same recipes for my family for get together's and they are astonished at how flavorful and healthy the recipes truly are.

I LOVE this book
I LOVE this book, except I am a vegetarian & I would love even more if the author would write a vegetarian wheat free cookbook. That would be the ultimate for me! I also received 2 of these and I only ordered 1.
