Not sure what to title the review. Vit D us exactly as described, easy swallow small tablets. The convience of on line ordered, the cost, and the quality customer service, makes this a win,win.

I had been diagnosed through a blood test as Vitamin D deficient. I've now been taking vitamin D2 pills for a few months and I'm very pleased with the results. As someone who doesn't get a lot of natural sunlight, I was worried about my vitamin D levels. Since starting these supplements, I've noticed a positive change in my mood and energy levels. The pills are easy to swallow and I appreciate that they are vegan-friendly. I highly recommend giving vitamin D2 pills a try to boost your health and wellbeing.

Not sure if there has been an improvement in my overall bone health, but there are no side effects or other concerns for me with this. So, I will continue to take them and see the results at a future checkup. Started taking them as advised by an orthopedic surgeon following knee surgery.

D2 is hard to find... and if you are allergic to lanolin then you are allergic to D3 b/c it is made from the lanolin in sheep wool... and IF you are also allergic to rice flour which makes me so stuffed up its hard to breath and is added as filler to lots of supplements including D2 by other manufacturers.... this product is a blessing.. really easy to swallow and works well ... Can take multiple tabs at one time even with trouble taking most other pills .. these are very easy to swallow Take with Vit A and zinc to increase absorption of vit d something i did not always know to do. Tried Cod liver oil but they add D3 and A to standardize sadly .. so there is the allergy problem all over again .. itches and heart racing from Vit D3 is not funny esp since it takes 3 months for it to get out of the system and you think its a heart problem cause it won't slow down ... never thought it could be from D3 /LANOLIN CONNECTION allergy response. They need to put a warning on Vit D3 labels that are made from lanolin .. and though they make d3 from lichen moss and mushrooms not everyone can take those products either or do well on them with disgestive issues often. .. so THANKFUL FOR FREEDA VITAMIN D2

Wanted to find an easy to digest form of vitamin D2 good help bones, and hypoparathyroidism.FOUND this tablet is easier on my stomach maybe because its kosher, vegan etc. Recommend purchase.

Better than Vit D3 healthier also
