I used it for the first time this Thanksgiving and it performed just like I thought it would
I have been looking for a cutting board for quite awhile and never seemed to find exactly the one I was looking for until I saw this one in action. It was actually being used by a professional chef during a cooking demonstration. I went up afterwards and asked about the board. I was looking at other J.K. Adams boards, but this one is different. It has a very subtle curve to it that keeps all of the juices right where you want them, instead of being channeled away in a groove. It looks subtle, however, it can hold quite a bit of liquid on the board. I used it for the first time this Thanksgiving and it performed just like I thought it would. I am going to be buying more of these as gifts for my "foodie" friends. Thanks for a great product!

This is IT!
So , every time I BBQ, I set my Brisket or whatever on my old cutting board for carving. ( after it has already rested people). When it was time to carve, the juices would just run into the channels away from my meat. I decided I wanted a carving board that help all the juices in the middle where the meat sits so it could stay nice and marinated. Problem was, there weren't many choices out there, and I thought I was the only one who wanted such a beast. Then I found this board. It is solid, well built and pleanty big enough to handle the 8-10 lbs meats. It works PERFECTLY! Awesome purchase!

I used coconut oil on mine and it was going great for a few weeks. Though I didn't put it in the washer it has started to be more concave than it was at the beginning. I love the rubber feet and how the board doesn't slip around while I chop or if I accidentally knock it.

Great Board
This board is awesome! Board looks great on the kitchen counter top, the carved out handles on the underside make this very easy to move about and the concave surface ensure that the meat (often steaks in my case) can rest in their own juice. The board looks carefully crafted and solid. I will more than likely be adding some smaller sizes of this board to my kitchen sometime soon!
