USDA Prime New York Strip (10oz steak)

The steaks were freezer burned on one side probably due to the dry ice. These didn’t appear to be prime grade. I’ve had better steaks graded choice from Albertsons’s. I was disappointed. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

This steak was tough and chewy and not Prime as we are accustomed to buying. We usually buy prime steak on line from Kansas City Steak House. We were not able to chew these so called "Prime" steaks and I hope Amazon discontinues this item. These were so tough to chew that my husband and I threw into garbage because our dog would not eat these. I have two left and wish I could return for a refund.
