DEFY Strength Training Bag for Cross Fit,Wrestling,Judo, MMA, Grappling, Power Bag Unfilled

I understood upon purchase that this would not come with the weight but the idea that I am supposed to fill "zip lock" bags with sand and then stuff the rest of the bag with cotton or clothing to and use a thin piece of vinyl to cover before tying it off with a shoe-lace is rather disappointing.We generally use this for relatively low impact movements, ie just resting on shoulders for squats and lunges but occasionally have clients swing the bag like a KB or to do Halo's. Our last bag from a different manufacturer lasted about 5 years before it developed a small tear and started to leak sand. I can not recommend this because for a couple more bucks you can get a fully contained bag with weight already in it designed to not leak. This thing gives me no confidence.

Great product, very happy with the purchase. Good quality material and feels like it’s built to last. Using it for 2 weeks now and it’s a nice addition to the routine. I decided to go for 33-35lb version with expectation that I would fill it with less weight to begin with and then build up... glad I chose to do this rather than getting smaller size because I have already adjusted the weight up once and think will get to the bags full weight capacity over time. For filling I loaded a bunch of gallon ziplock bags with sand (about 2lb each), wrapped each bag up with plastic, and sealed with duct tape to avoid sand leaking over time. Stuffed these in with some old clothes.

Worth 15 bucks at most cheap material should of just bought suples leather bag wasted money

Wont hold sand.
